Transport

Heartbeat provides a transport service to those with heart problems. This service provides transport to Papworth and other hospitals, for members who have no practical means of personal transport (i.e. Friends, Relatives, Public transport).

A secondary but just as important function is to help members who have no personal transport attend Heartbeat meetings and functions.

To enable Heartbeat to assist in providing this service a list of members, who are kind enough to volunteer their services to drive members around has been made. If you think you could help provide this service please fill out the form below.

To help us reduce the numbers of phone calls we make in obtaining lifts to meetings and functions, We wish to give the name and phone numbers of those willing to give lifts to those members requiring them. If you are willing to have your phone number given out for this purpose, please indicate on the appropriate section of the form.
